How to request a refund

After the refund period

Refund requests made after the 7-day period will not be honored. All sales become final after this period.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period. You will retain access to the software until the end of your paid period.

EU customers

Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun with your prior express consent, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).

However, our 7-day money-back guarantee provides additional protection beyond the minimum legal requirements.
